Sourcing — Our long-term relationships with suppliers allow us to source natural, unheated gemstones first-hand, and to see production outputs ahead of the market. Every gem is individually hand selected by our trusted, experienced sorters, ensuring a selection of only the cleanest, most evenly colored gems.

Cutting — We operate a lapidary made up of a highly-skilled team of cutters. Our master-cutter has over thirty years of experience and has continually trained newcomers. Our main facility consists of 5 highly-skilled and experienced cutters specializing in recutting larger gemstones starting from 1ct upwards. Our priority is to enhance clarity, color, and shape while retaining as much weight as possible.

The precision cutting style uses tools enabling novices to learn cutting in weeks. Yet for high-value material (untreated rubies, sapphires, spinels), the industry prefers free-form artistry—our cutters have years of mastery, studying each rough for months to achieve perfection.

Sorting — Our team sources and sorts gemstones using a proprietary grading system, trained to select loupe-clean gem material and organize gems after re-cutting as per AleezeGems colour and size master sets. For melee color gemstones, clients purchase a master set (saturation 1# to 8#) enabling seamless remote ordering. Our surgical precision saves considerable time, creating beautiful layouts and custom suites.
